Please read the following terms carefully before booking your appointment. By booking a treatment, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Patch Tests
- A patch test is recommended 24–48 hours prior to any lash lift, tint, or brow tint treatment-especially for new clients or those with sensitive skin.
- It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the patch test is completed within the required timeframe (patch tests can be booked online for FREE) 
Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to have their appointment shortened or rescheduled, and the booking fee will not be refunded.
Infills & Maintenance
- Infills are recommended every 2–3 weeks for lash extensions.
- If more than 50% of extensions have shed, a new full set will be required.
Aftercare
- Full aftercare advice will be provided following your treatment.
- Kat cannot be held responsible for issues arising from failure to follow aftercare instructions.
Health & Safety
- Please inform Kat of any medical conditions, allergies, eye infections, or recent treatments prior to your appointment.
- Treatments will not be carried out if there are contraindications or signs of infection.
Refunds
- All treatments are non-refundable.
- If you experience any concerns following your appointment, please get in touch within 48 hours so they can be reviewed and resolved where possible.
Privacy
- All client information is kept strictly confidential and used solely for treatment and record-keeping purposes in accordance with data protection laws.
