LaSash Booking & Cancellation Policy

These policies help keep things fair for everyone and ensure all appointments run smoothly, for us all.

Booking

Please Book Using The β€˜Book Nowβ€˜ Button, Across The Website.

πŸ’³Β 

Deposits

Due to a rise in last-minute cancellations, all new clients and all full set appointments now require a 50% prepayment to secure the slot.

This goes toward your treatment cost and is non-refundable. Please pay this deposit asap - unpaid deposits may result in you losing your slot.

Cancellations

  • If you cancel within 3 days of your appointment, 50% of the treatment cost will be due.
  • If you cancel more than 3 days before, there’s no charge β€” any paid deposit will simply transfer to your next booking (but is non-refundable).

🚫 

No-Shows

If you don’t attend your appointment without notice, the full appointment cost will be required before making any future bookings.

Terms Of Service

🧘🏼 RESPECT.

I aim to create a calm, relaxing space for everyone. Please arrive alone (unless agreed otherwise) and treat all appointments respectfully.

Disrespectful behaviour will result in refusal of future services.

❌ CANCELATIONS.

Cancel your appointment via your booking confirmation/ the booking system, or direct message me if you'd prefer.

PLEASE READ MY POLICY.

🧴 PATCH TEST.

Patch tests are recommended for all those new to lashes, at least 24–48 hours before your first appointment.

LaSash cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions if you choose to skip a patch test or do not follow aftercare advice.

πŸ‘οΈ HEALTH & HONESTY.

Please inform me of any eye conditions, allergies, or recent procedures before your appointment.

I reserve the right to refuse or stop a service if it isn’t safe to continue.

Please also ensure all answer given on any forms are 100% accurate and update, including all personal information requested.

πŸ’΅ REFUNDS.

All appointments are non refundable, deposits only can be transferable.

πŸ‘€ INFILLS.

To keep your lashes healthy and long-lasting, please follow all aftercare advice provided.

Infills are only accepted if at least 40–50% of lashes remain β€” otherwise, a full set will be required.

⏰ LATE ARRIVALS.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, I may need to shorten your treatment, reschedule or a loss of your deposit to adjust appointments.

If I over run, I always try & make up for the lost time.

πŸ“Έ SOCIAL MEDIA.

Photos or videos may be taken of your lashes for portfolio or social media purposes.

If you’d prefer not to be photographed, please let me know before your appointment.
