Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before your appointment.
Cancellations made within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the treatment cost.
No shows (missed appointments without notice) will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.

A patch test is recommended prior to treatment and clients are advised to complete one before proceeding with their appointment.
By booking and proceeding with an appointment without having completed a recommended patch test, you confirm that you have been advised of the recommendation and have chosen to proceed without one.
You acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to request a patch test and understand that choosing not to have one may increase the risk of an adverse reaction.
