Please allow 72 hours if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. You can roll over your deposit to a new appointment booked within 3 months if enough notice is given. Cancelling/rescheduling within this period will result in a 50% cost of service charge. Cancelling/no shows on the day will result in a 100% cost of service charge.
A £10 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking for new clients.
Patch tests are required. Do not book your appointment without having booked a patch test first. Appointment requests will not be approved without this.
