Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation and Payment All bookings must be fully paid at the time of confirmation. Your booking is not secured until payment has been received.

2. Cancellation Policy

   • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are eligible for a full refund.
   • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment are non-refundable, and the full booking amount will be retained.

3. Rescheduling

   • Rescheduling is subject to availability.
   • Rescheduled bookings must also comply with the 24-hour cancellation notice to avoid losing the payment.

4. No-Shows Failure to attend a scheduled booking without prior cancellation will be treated as a cancellation within 24 hours, and the full payment will be retained.

5. Payment Methods Payments can be made via stripe here in my Solo website.

6. Amendments to Terms We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated at the time of booking.
