Appointments & Rescheduling
All bookings require an £10 non refundable booking fee.
Appointments may be rescheduled once free of charge provided more than 48 hours’ notice is given.
If you wish to reschedule your appointment within 48 hours of the scheduled time, a £10 rescheduling fee will apply.
Rescheduled appointments must be rebooked within 7 days of the original appointment date.
Cancellations & No Shows
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment and failure to attend an appointment (no show) will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
This policy is in place as appointment times are reserved specifically for each client.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late to your appointment, this will reduce the available treatment time.
While every effort will be made to complete your treatment, late arrivals may shorten your appointment without a reduction in price, and this may affect the overall result, including fullness, finish and retention.
Clients arriving more than 30 minutes late will have their appointment cancelled and will be charged in line with the cancellation policy.
Lash Infills
To qualify for an infill appointment, a minimum of 50% of your lash extensions must remain. If fewer than 50% remain, the appointment will be treated as a full set and charged accordingly.
Clients are advised to book infill appointments in advance to maintain their lashes and ensure availability.
Foreign Infills
I do not infill lash extensions applied by other technicians.
If you currently have lash extensions applied elsewhere, a removal must be booked before a new full set can be applied.
Removals are complimentary when booked with a full set appointment.
Clients are advised not to attempt removing lash extensions themselves, as this can damage the natural lashes.
Appointment Preparation & Aftercare
Clients must arrive to their appointment with clean, freshly washed lashes. This allows the full appointment time to be dedicated to your treatment and helps achieve the best possible results and retention.
Clients are expected to follow the recommended aftercare advice to maintain the longevity of their lash extensions.
Refund Policy
I do not offer refunds on any treatments or services provided.
If you have any concerns regarding your lashes, you must contact me within 48 hours of your appointment so the issue can be assessed and resolved where possible.
Client satisfaction is extremely important and every effort will be made to address any genuine concerns.
Pregnancy
Unfortunately, lash treatments cannot be carried out during pregnancy.
Hormonal changes during pregnancy can significantly affect lash retention, and lying flat for extended periods is not recommended.
Please do not book an appointment if you are pregnant. Booking fees will not be refunded if pregnancy is not disclosed prior to booking.
Patch Tests
Patch tests are optional for lashes but required for brows. If you would like a lash patch test, please request this prior to booking. Please make sure if you've booked a brow treatment that includes tint or lamination, that you have booked a patch test at least 24 hours prior to treatment.
Lash adhesive does not come into direct contact with the skin during treatment, as the extensions are applied directly to the natural lash rather than the skin.
Any allergic reactions are typically caused by adhesive fumes rather than direct contact, and these sensitivities can develop over time.
Patch tests are conducted by applying a small number of lash extensions to each eye. However, the level of exposure during a patch test is significantly less than during a full treatment, meaning it is still possible to have a reaction even after a successful patch test.
For this reason, patch tests cannot guarantee that an allergic reaction will not occur.
