1. Appointments & Booking
- All appointments must be booked through my booking system or contacted via Instagram.
- A non-refundable deposit which varies depending on treatment is required to secure your first appointment & new customers. This deposit goes toward your service total.
- If the deposit is not paid within the requested timeframe, your slot may be released.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be done 12 hours before your appointment time.
- Cancellations made after this window will result in the loss of your deposit for first customers or full service being charged.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price and will be unable to book again until the No-show payment has been made!
- Repeated (3+) Cancellations / No Shows may result in refusal of service or Full amount paid upfront.
3. Late Policy
- Clients who arrive more than 10-15 minutes late may have their service reduced, rescheduled or cancelled.
4. Refunds
- If you experience an issue, please contact the lash artist within 48 hours for an assessment and possible fix.
- All Services are Non-Refundable, due to the nature of work.
- For new clients, deposit WILL BE refunded if you react or are allergic to the products
5. Patch Tests & Allergies
- Patch tests are mandatory and must be carried out before any treatments
- It is the client’s responsibility to inform the lash artist of any allergies, sensitivities, eye conditions, or recent medical procedures before the appointment or in a consultation.
- The lash artist is not liable for reactions if the client declines a patch test or does not disclose relevant information.
6. Infill Requirements
- Infills require at least 50-60% of lash extensions remaining.
- Anything less will be charged as a full set.
- Other technicians work WILL BE refused and can not be worked on or infilled. Unless of a removal.
7. Hygiene & Preparation
Clients must:
- Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes
- Avoid caffeine immediately before the appointment to prevent eye flutter.
- Remove contact lenses before the service.
- Failure to follow prep instructions may affect retention and service time.
8. Aftercare Responsibilities
- Clients must follow the provided aftercare instructions to maintain lash retention and health.
9. Right to Refuse Service
The lash artist reserves the right to refuse service for:
- Repeated no-shows or lateness
- Unsanitary conditions
- Disrespectful or abusive behaviour
- Inflamed or infected eyes/skin
- Any safety or health concern
10. Photos & Social Media
- Before & after photos may be taken for portfolio and social media purposes.
- If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the lash artist prior to your appointment.
11. Liability Waiver
By booking, you acknowledge:
- You understand the risks associated with eyelash extensions.
- You release LASHEDBYELLS from liability for allergic reactions, irritation, or damage resulting from improper aftercare or undisclosed conditions.
12. Privacy Policy
- Your personal information is kept confidential and used solely for booking and communication.
- Your data will never be sold or shared with third parties.
