🌸 Lash Extension Policies 📅 Booking & Deposits • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will go toward your service total. • Appointments without a deposit will not be confirmed. ❌ Cancellations & Rescheduling • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in your deposit being forfeited. • No-shows may be required to pay in full before booking future appointments. ⏰ Late Arrivals • Please arrive on time so I can give you the best results. • If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your deposit will be forfeited. 👁️ Lash Prep • Arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. Any residue (mascara, strip lash glue, oils) can affect retention and use up your appointment time. • Please avoid caffeine right before your appointment to help you relax and stay still during the service. 🧸 Guests & Children • To ensure a calm and safe environment, please come alone to your appointment. Extra guests and children are not permitted. 💳 Payments • Remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment. • I currently accept [insert your payment methods here – e.g., cash, bank transfer, PayPal, etc.]. 💕 Aftercare & Fills • Follow the aftercare instructions provided to keep your lashes looking their best. • Fills are recommended every 2–3 weeks. Anything past 4 weeks will be considered a full set. ⚠️ Patch Test Disclaimer A patch test is recommended at least 24–48 hours before your appointment to check for any sensitivity or allergic reactions to lash adhesive. • If you choose not to have a patch test, you acknowledge that this is at your own risk. • The lash artist cannot be held responsible for any reaction that may occur if a patch test is declined.
