If you are more than 10 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you will still be charged full appointment fee. i take both bank tranfer and cash just double check you have the exact amount as i may not always have change. if you cancel your appointment in less than the 24 hours you will be charged remaining balance, failure to do so will result in me not booking you back in for any future appointments. please ensure when coming for an infill to come with 50% remaining lashes otherwise you may be charged for a full set, don’t hesitate to message and ask!🤍
