Please complete the consultation forms that are emailed to you prior to your appointment. CANCELLATIONS/RESCHEDULING/NO SHOWS: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please ensure to give me at least 48 hours notice. If I get under 48 hours notice you will be charged 50% of the service value. If you don't show up to your appointment you will be charged 100% of the service value. You will not be able to book back in until the fee has been paid. PATCH TESTING: A patch test is required no less than 48 hours before a lash lift/tint/brow lamination appointment for insurance reasons. Please message me to book this in. If you do not return for another treatment within 6 months a patch test will need to be carried out again. EARLY/LATE ARRIVAL: Please ensure to arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive early I may be with another client, so please wait until your appointment time and send me a message to let me know you are waiting. If you turn up more than 15 minutes late to your appointment this will unfortunately have to cut into your service time, and you will still be required to pay for the full service that was originally booked. If you are over 30 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and the same will apply. COMPLAINTS/REFUNDS: If you're unhappy with the result of your treatment, please let me know within 48 hours so I can rectify any issues with no extra charge. Unfortunately I don't offer refunds.
