• Appointment Confirmation: All appointments must be confirmed via email, text, or booking system at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellation Policy: Clients must give at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or reschedules. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

• No-Show Policy: No-shows will result in a 50% charge of the service or the full service price.

• Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.

• Health & Safety: Clients must inform the technician of any eye conditions, allergies, or sensitivities prior to service.

• Aftercare Compliance: Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions to maintain results; the salon is not liable for premature lash loss due to improper aftercare.

• Refunds & Exchanges: Services are non-refundable. Adjustments may be made within 48 hours if necessary.

• Photography & Social Media: By attending the appointment, clients consent to possible photos for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested.

• Age Restrictions: Clients must be 16 years or older; parental consent is required for minors.
