Terms and conditions

Please read these terms and conditions before booking with me, booking with me indicates your knowledge and acceptance of the T&Cs

Booking: no deposit is needed to book, if you need to cancel or reschedule 48h before your appointment you won’t be charged anything after 48h you will be charged 50% of the treatment you are booked for. If you wore booking a refil please be sure you have 50% of your lashes still on and you have booked it no longer than 4 weeks after you’ve had them done or I will have to charge full price.

Late policy: If you are running late please text me. If you’re more than 10 mins late we may have to reschedule if I am working back to back, as I wouldn’t have time to complete the full treatment, and you will still be charged for the missed appointment. I understand things happen but this is my full time job.

Cancellation policy: If you have to cancel or reschedule please do so 48h before your appointment. If you can’t you’ll be charged 50% of the treatment you are booked in for.

Please arrive with clean makeup free eyes, brows & lashes. Extra cleaning time means less treatment time. Late arrivals may shorted your service time if I am back to back with clients but will still be charged in full.

Complaint & refund policy: If you’re are unhappy with your lashes or brows after Thay are complete please tell me when you are in with me, and don’t wait to text me when you are home. If there is any issue with your lashes 48h after your lash appointment pleases text me and I’ll assess and fix any issue caused by me, anything after the 48h is out of my hand and would be down to bad aftercare. I have a zero refund policy any issues I will fix within the 48h.

Foreign refills: I do not refill from other peoples work please be sure if you have other lashes ok that aren’t my work to book in for a removal before hand.

Patch test: New clients need a patch test 24h before their appointment for any treatment.
