Booking: Appointments must be booked in advance. A deposit is required to secure your booking.
Cancellations: Please give at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or reschedules.
Late Cancellations (within 48 hours) will result in loss of deposit or a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows and same day cancellations will be charged in full.
Repeated cancellations/no shows or last minute rescheduling may be refused future bookings. The minimum age for any treatments is 16 yrs old. (With parental consent it can be 15yrs with some treatments)
If you are more than 10 minutes late, I may need to shorten or cancel your treatment to avoid running behind for other clients. Full payment is still required for shortened services due to lateness.
Payment is due at the time of treatment unless arranged otherwise. Accepted payment methods: (In-app, Cash / Bank Transfer / Card)
Patch tests are required at least 24 hours before any tinting or lifting treatment. Please inform me of any allergies, medications, or skin conditions before your treatment.
I follow strict hygiene standards and use only high-quality, sanitised tools and products. If you are unwell (cold, flu, eye infections, contagious conditions etc), please reschedule your appointment.
I ask all clients to treat my workspace and services with respect. Any form of rudeness, inappropriate behaviour, or mistreatment will not be tolerated...
Infills are designed to maintain an existing set and are suitable up to 3 weeks after your last appointment. Any appointment over 3 weeks will be classed as a full set, as there is not enough lash coverage remaining to infill correctly.
Please note that infills will not restore lashes to 100% fullness if they are significantly grown out or have excessive loss. The amount of fullness achievable depends on the condition of the lashes and the time booked.
