Your card details must be entered at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. If you cancel/change your appointment with less than 48 hours notice you will be charged a £10 cancellation fee. If you cancel/change your appointment with less than 24 hours notice you will be liable to pay 50% of the treatment cost. Failure to show at your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the remaining appointment fee and can be automatically charged. CHRISTMAS APPOINTMENTS: All appointments will require a £20 non-refundable deposit. When booking your appointment, please follow the usual steps online, it will ask for your bank details as usual but it will NOT charge you at this stage. These deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. This will be deducted from the total amount left to pay at your appointment. If you cancel/change your appointment with less than 48 hours notice your £20 deposit will be lost and you will be liable to pay 50% of the remaining balance of your treatment. If notice is given before the 48hr notice period, your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment. Failure to show at your appointment will result in a 100% charge of the remaining appointment fee and can be automatically charged. LATE: If you are late for your appointment please contact me ASAP. You will still be charged the full price of your treatment cost no matter how late you are. Lash lift & tint and any brow treatments will be cancelled if you are more than 15 minutes late as there will no longer be sufficient time to complete this treatment.
