Terms and Conditions

•A £10 non refundable deposit is required to secure your booking (not including infills). This will be deducted from your treatment total on the day of your appointment. •I allow a 10 minute grace period for all appointments, anything over the 10 minutes will result in your appointment being cancelled and will need to be rescheduled. •Any cancellations, reschedules or no shows made less than 24hrs prior to your appointment, will result in a lost deposit. A further deposit will be required for future bookings. •If you arrive to an infill appointment with more than 50% of lashes lost, you will be charged for a full set. •I do not work over other lash technicians work. If you arrive to your appointment with lashes from a previous technician without wanting a removal, unfortunately you will be turned away. •Cash & bank transfer payments are both accepted. If you are paying by cash, please make sure you have the correct amount as I may not have any change. If you are paying by bank transfer, please make sure you have the correct bank details and the payment is sent before we start your treatment. •I do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

•When booking your infill appointment, please make sure you have at least 50% of your lash extensions left. Anything less than 50% will be charged as a full set at the time of your appointment. •Please bare in mind that if you do require a full set and have booked in for an infill, I may not have the time to extend your appointment so I may have to reschedule for another time. •If you are unsure whether to book for an infill or a full set, please feel free to drop me a message so I can confirm the best appointment for you. •Please note I cannot infill another lash technicians work. If a removal is required at the time of your appointment, you will be charged £10 for this.
