✨ Terms & Conditions – Lashology.luxe ✨ By booking an appointment with Lashology.luxe, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to ensure a smooth, safe and professional experience for every client. 1. Bookings & Appointments • All appointments must be booked in advance. • Please arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and may forfeit their booking. 2. Age Policy • Clients must be 16+. Proof of age may be required. 3. No Children Policy • For safety and comfort, children are not permitted at appointments. The lash space must remain calm and focused. 4. Deposits & Payments • A non-refundable deposit (if required) must be paid to secure your appointment. • The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment. • Payments are accepted via [insert payment options – cash/bank transfer]. 5. Cancellations & Rescheduling • At least 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in your deposit being lost. 6. Infills • Infills are required every 2–3 weeks. Anything longer than this will be charged as a full set. 7. Refunds & Aftercare • No refunds are offered on services. • If you experience an issue, please get in touch within 48 hours so it can be resolved. • Aftercare advice will be provided — it is the client’s responsibility to follow this to maintain lash health and longevity. 8. Health & Safety • Please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. • Inform your lash artist of any allergies, eye infections, or health conditions before your appointment. • Lash extensions are not suitable for anyone with certain eye conditions or sensitivities. 9. Out of Hours Appointments • Weekend out-of-hours appointments may be available for an additional fee of £15. • These must be requested in advance and are subject to availability. 10.
