Terms and Conditions

By booking, you agree to the following: Bookings & Deposits – All appointments must be secured through the booking system. Deposits are non-refundable and deducted from the final balance. Arrival – Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened treatment or cancellation. Infill Policy – A minimum of 40% of extensions must remain to qualify as an infill. Otherwise, a full set will be required. Aftercare & Fixes – Aftercare advice will be provided and must be followed for the best results. If you experience any issues, please notify me within 72 hours for a complimentary fix. Beyond this time, standard charges will apply. Patch Testing – Patch tests are required where applicable and must be carried out at least 24–48 hours before your treatment. Children & Guests – For safety and comfort, please attend your appointment alone. Additional guests or children can not be accommodated. Client Responsibility – You must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to your appointment. Service Refusal – Treatments may be declined if considered unsuitable or unsafe. Photos & Social Media – Photos of your lashes may be taken for portfolio and social media purposes. Please let me know if you’d prefer not to be photographed. Respect – Abusive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in future bookings being refused.
