Terms and conditions

Please read the following terms carefully before booking an appointment. By scheduling a treatment at Laura’s Lab, you agree to these terms and conditions. Bookings & Deposits • A 10% deposit is required to secure your appointment. • Deposits are non-refundable but will be deducted from your treatment cost on the day. Cancellations & Lateness • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in loss of your deposit and be charged 50% of the appointment price • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled, and your deposit forfeited, depending on the schedule and availability. Refunds • All treatments are non-refundable. Patch Testing & Contraindications • A patch test is required at least 24 hours prior to all tinting and lamination treatments. • Clients must disclose any allergies, medical conditions, or skin sensitivities before treatment. • Laura’s Lab reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe to proceed. Liability • Laura’s Lab will not be held liable for any adverse reactions where correct information has not been disclosed by the client. • Aftercare advice will be provided and must be followed to achieve the best results and avoid complications. Age Policy • Treatments are available for clients aged 16+. Proof of age may be requested
