On-street parking is available surrounding the clinic.
There is also a free car park located a 5 minute walk away. Please ensure a valid parking ticket is displayed where required to avoid charges.
Payment is required before leaving the clinic.
Cash & Apple Pay are accepted.
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
Deposits are taken at the time of booking via the booking app.
Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Infills are recommended every 2–3 weeks.
If less than 50% of lashes remain at your appointment, this will be charged as a full set.
Appointments booked after 3 weeks will be classed as a new set.
Refunds are not offered.
Any concerns must be raised within 48 hours of your appointment.
Retention issues reported after this time cannot be guaranteed, as results vary depending on aftercare and individual factors.
Kindly ensure the treatment area is clean and free from makeup and moisturiser before your appointment.
Avoid curling your lashes for one week prior to your appointment.
Ensure lashes are free from mascara and under-eye products before arrival.
Avoid getting brows wet for 48 hours following treatment and refrain from applying makeup to freshly treated areas.
Avoid getting lashes wet for 48 hours after treatment. Brush daily and avoid picking or pulling.
Lashes should be cleansed 3–4 times per week (frequency may vary depending on lifestyle).
