I want every appointment to feel relaxed, organised, and enjoyable for both of us. These simple guidelines help keep things running smoothly and allow me to give every client the time and care they deserve.

Booking Your Appointment

Please book your appointment through the booking system and make sure all details are correct, including your address, contact number, and the service you’d like.

Accurate information helps me plan my travel between clients and arrive fully prepared with everything needed for your appointment.

If booking details are incomplete or incorrect, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or move your appointment, please give at least 48 hours’ notice.

As a mobile service, my day is carefully planned around travel and appointments, and last-minute changes make it difficult to offer that time to another client.

Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Arrival & Access

Please ensure I’m able to access your home at the scheduled appointment time and that there is suitable parking nearby where possible.

Easy access helps me bring my equipment in quickly and stay on schedule for all clients throughout the day.

If access isn’t possible or parking is significantly restricted, the appointment may need to be shortened, rescheduled, or may include an additional charge.

My Daughter

As I am a self-employed mobile stylist and parent, my 2-year-old daughter may occasionally accompany me to appointments.

Balancing business and motherhood means she sometimes needs to be with me during my working day.

If this arrangement doesn’t feel suitable for you or your home environment, please let me know before booking so we can arrange a different time.

Nut Allergy

I have a serious nut allergy, so I kindly ask that no nuts or nut products are consumed or left out in the appointment area during my visit.

Even small exposure can cause a severe allergic reaction, so this helps keep the appointment safe for everyone.

If nuts are present in the working area, I may need to pause or reschedule the appointment for safety reasons.

Home Environment Please provide a clean, safe, and comfortable space for the appointment to take place.

A suitable environment helps me deliver the best results while keeping everything hygienic and professional.

If the environment feels unsafe or unsuitable, the appointment may need to end early or be rescheduled.
