1. Appointments & Booking
I reserve the right to institute a non-refundable deposit to secure all bookings.
Deposits are transferable if the appointment is rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance.
Clients must be over 16 or accompanied by a legal guardian.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 50% of the service cost.
Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a ban from future bookings.
3. Late Policy
Please arrive on time. A grace period of 10-15 minutes (dependant on service) is provided.
After 10-15 minutes, the appointment may be cancelled, or the service modified to fit the remaining time, with full service payment required.
4. Services & Aftercare
All services are final. No refunds will be issued once the service is complete.
If a fix is needed (e.g., chipped polish), please inform me within 2-3 days of your appointment.
Proper aftercare instructions must be followed to maintain nail health. These can be found on the website.
5. Health & Hygiene
Clients must disclose any allergies, sensitivities, or contagious skin/nail conditions prior to the service.
We reserve the right to refuse service for safety reasons.
6. Payment
Accepted payment methods include Cash, Bank Transfer, Card.
Full payment is due upon completion of the service.
