LBA Lashed By Amz – Terms & Conditions 📍 Booking Policy • All appointments must be booked online via our official booking system. • A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. This will go towards your final balance. • Your remaining balance must be paid in cash or as otherwise specified on the day of your appointment. 🕒 Cancellation & Rescheduling • You must give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations or changes made within 48 hours will result in the loss of your booking fee. • No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged 100% of the service fee. ⏱️ Late Policy • Please arrive on time. A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed. • If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or shortened, and your booking fee will be lost. 👁️ Infills Policy • Infills must be booked within 2-3 weeks of your last set and must have at least 40% of lashes remaining. • Anything after 3 weeks or with less than 40% will be charged as a full set. 🧼 Clean Lashes Only • Please arrive with clean lashes and no makeup or residue around the eyes. • If a lash bath is needed, an additional cleaning fee may apply or time may be deducted from your set. 👶 No Extra Guests • To maintain a peaceful and professional environment, no children or extra guests are allowed during your appointment. 📸 Photos & Content • Before and after pictures may be taken for promotional purposes.
