Bookings and Deposits >All appointments must be booked in advance. >A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your final balance. >Bookings are not confirmed until a deposit has been received. Cancellations and Rescheduling >At least 48 hours notice is required to cancel reschedule your appointment. >Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will result in loss of deposit. >No-shows may be required to pay in full before being able to book again. Refunds >All services are non refundable. >If you have any concerns, please contact ldl beauty within 48 hours of your appointment so they can be addressed. Patch Test and Client responsibility >Patch tests are required for certain treatments (eg, brow/lash services , tints ,lifts, spray tans )at least 24-48 hours before your treatment. >Its the clients responsibility to attend patch tests. Failure to do so may result in refusal of service and loss of deposit. >Please inform LDL BEAUTY of any allergies, medical conditions, or changes to your health/medical before your appointment. Salon Policies >Please arrive on time. Lateness of more than 10 minutes may result in your appointment being shortened or cancelled. >Children and extra guests cannot be accommodated during your appointments, unless agreement already given. Liability and Aftercare >LDL BEAUTY is not responsible for any adverse reactions if aftercare is not followed. >Results vary per individual depending on life style, skin type and aftercare.
