Terms and Conditions

* Strictly no working on other techs work, please either arrive with plain nails or have already booked a removal. * Arriving more than 10 minutes late will reduce your appointment time so therefore will either be cancelled incurring full payment or a limited treatment provided. * Infills are required every 2-4 weeks. * Strictly no swaps on appointments. * If you are feeling unwell please message me as soon as possible so we can determine if you should attend or not. * No shows will not be booked back in unless the treatment has been paid for and a deposit has been paid on the required treatment. * Cash or bank transfer payments only * On arrival please wait until your appointment time to ring the camera as I may still be with another client.
