Nail & Foot Aftercare
To keep your nails looking beautiful for longer:
- Apply cuticle oil daily (ideally morning and night)
- Wear gloves when cleaning or using chemicals
- Avoid using your nails as tools
- Moisturise hands regularly
- Do not pick, peel or bite gel products
- Avoid excessive exposure to hot water for long periods
- Book infills/removals professionally instead of removing products at home
Why cuticle oil is important
Cuticle oil helps keep the natural nail flexible and hydrated, reducing lifting, peeling and breakage. Dry nails become brittle and are more likely to chip or lift.
Daily cuticle oil = better retention + healthier natural nails.
Foot care & cracked heels
Dry heels need regular maintenance — not just occasional pedicures.
For softer feet at home:
- Apply foot cream or heel balm regularly
- Use cotton socks overnight after applying balm
- Exfoliate gently 1–2 times per week
- Stay consistent with moisturising
