A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or request changes to your appointment; appointment changes are subject to availability and any changes made within this period will still be charged at the original appointment price.
You can reschedule your appointment 72 hours prior, free of charge. Cancelling/ rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in 50% of the treatment cost to be paid. Anything less than 24 hours will result in 100% of the treatment cost to be paid.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation and will result in the full appointment being charged.
Card details are required at the time of booking to secure your appointment; appointments are not secured without card details and no payment is taken until after your treatment.
Payment is accepted via bank transfer, card reader (£1.50 fee), or cash, and exact cash is required as change may not be available.
Upon arrival, you must enter your registration into the tablet to validate your free parking; failure to do so may result in a parking ticket, which is out of my control.
All clients must complete a consultation form prior to receiving any services. Forms must include accurate personal details, medical history, allergies, current medications, and any relevant health concerns. You are responsible for providing accurate and up to date information.
If you are unwell, please reschedule your appointment; arriving unwell or cancelling within the cancellation period due to illness will still result in the full appointment being charged.
Clients must arrive with clean, bare nails unless booked for a removal or infill of my own work; I do not infill or work over another nail technician’s work under any circumstance and incorrectly booked services will result in the appointment being refused.
Patch tests are required for certain treatments and must be completed at least 48 hours prior to your appointment, with no exceptions.
Please avoid bringing plus ones where possible due to limited waiting space; Please not arrive more than 5 minutes early to your appointment unless discussed otherwise.
Please avoid bringing children where possible as they can be distracting and unsafe in the salon environment.
Clients must be 16 or over; selected treatments are available for ages 14–16 with parental consent and you should contact me prior to booking if you are unsure.
