Upon booking your nail treatment(s) you are confirming that you are not aware of any condition(s) that would restrict treatment being able to be carried out, such as Nail Infection. It is paramount that I am made aware of any form of Infection in the nails as not to pass this onto other clients. If you come to an appointment with a Nail Infection, I will not be able to continue with your treatment but you will still be charged, as this is a non fault of my own.
Upon booking an appointment you agree that you will arrive at your appointment at the time of your appointment, not after your appointment time, as this will go on the system as a "no show" and will be charged in full. This is to make sure that every client gets their allocated time, and the service that they deserve. Each service is personalised to each client and it's unfair to expect the next client to get less due to lateness.
Please be aware there are questions that I have to ask prior to each treatment, this is for insurance purposes and also to make sure that I understand your needs and requirements on any medical matters.
If you are having a Tint treatment make sure that you have booked in for a consultation appointment at least 48 hours before your Tint appointment, so that I can perform a patch test. If an appointment is booked without a Consultation, this will be fully chargeable.
If you cancel your appointment your 30% deposit is non refundable. If however I cancelled an appointment the 30% deposit would be fully refunded.
