Terms and Conditions

Please ensure you have read and agreed to the T&C's before making a booking with Letitia Elwell Cosmetics. All booking must be secured with payment information. Payment for the treatment will be taken on the day, this includes card, cash and bank transfer. Please refer to the cancellation policy for cancelling and rescheduling appointments. If you do not attend an appointment and have not cancelled, full payment will be automatically charged. If the payment is not complete then you will unfortunately not be able to book in future. This is to protect the practitioner. If you are not satisfied with a treatment please make this known to the practitioner within 24 hours of the treatment to enable the practitioner to assess the concern and offer an appropriate solution which will be to the discretion of the practitioner.
