Booking Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Foreign Infills

I offer infill services for lash extensions applied by other technicians (“foreign infills”). However, all foreign infills are subject to assessment during your consultation and patch test.

I reserve the right to decline a foreign infill if the existing lash work is not to a suitable standard. In this case, a removal and full set will be recommended.

Please note:

  • The first foreign infill appointment is priced higher than a standard infill.
  • This is due to additional time required for matching curl, length, and style.
  • Some existing extensions may need to be removed to achieve a consistent, high-quality finish.

Lash Infill Appointments

Infills are required every 2–3 weeks to maintain the health and appearance of your lash extensions. During your appointment, I will:

  • Cleanse your lashes
  • Remove outgrown extensions
  • Refill and rebalance your set
  • Appointments booked after 4 weeks will require a full removal and new set, and will be charged accordingly.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in 100% of the treatment cost being charged.
  • No-shows will also be charged 100% of the appointment fee.

Patch Testing & Allergies

A patch test is required at least 24–48 hours prior to your first appointment or if you have not had treatment with me in the last 6 months.

  • This is essential to check for any allergic reactions.

Arrival Policy

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation of your appointment.
  • If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and charged as a late cancellation.

Preparation for Appointment

  • Please arrive with clean lashes/brows, free from makeup, oils, or residue.
  • Avoid caffeine before your appointment, as this can cause eye fluttering.
  • Contact lenses should be removed prior to treatment.

Aftercare Responsibility

Proper aftercare must be followed to maintain your lash extensions, lash lift or brow treatment.

  • I am not responsible for poor retention due to failure to follow aftercare advice.
  • Aftercare guidance will be provided following your appointment, should you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.

Refunds

Due to the nature of the service, no refunds are offered.

However, if you experience any issues, please contact me within 48 hours so I can assess and offer a solution where appropriate.
