You can cancel or reschedule your appointment for free 49hours before your appointment. 24-48 hours notice will require a 50% payment of the treatment. Less than 24 hours will be 75% payment of the treatment. All cancellations have to be done through the booking website by the client themselves. Failure to pay outstanding balance will mean you won’t be able to book back in. Booking fee is not transferred to next appointment if cancelled, a fresh payment will have to be made.
