Terms of Service

At Libby's Lashes, I strive to provide a relaxing, luxurious, and professional experience for every client. To ensure the highest quality of service and respect for everyone's time, the following policies are in place :


Patch test

At Libby's Lashes, your saftey and satisfaction are always top priorities. While allergic reactions to lash extension adhesive are rare, they can happen. For this reason, I offer an optional patch test for all new clients or those with sensitive eyes or skins. Patch tests are optional, not mandatory. However, if you choose to forgo one, you acknowledge and accept the very minimal risk of a potential reaction. Reactions are rare, but they can still occur even if your patch test showed no signs or symptoms.


Appointments and punctuality

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten your service or reschedule.



Aftercare and infills

To maintain your lash health and retention, please arrive with clean, makeup-free lashes. Infills must be booked within 2-3 weeks of your last appointment; anything past that will be classed as a full set or incur an extra charge.


Foreign infills

I do not offer infills over another technician's work unless approved prior. A consultation or removal may be required. An extra charge of £5 is added to the cost of the treatment due to more time needed to complete a foreign infill.


Refund policy

Due to the nature of the service, all sales are final. If you experience any issues within 72 hours, please contact me so I can assess and resolve the concern. Any problems after 72 hours are classed as aftercare however if you have any concerns please contact me.
