CANCELLATIONS
You must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for both cancellations & rescheduling. Failure to provide at least 24 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 50% of your total appointment cost. Cancellations will result in your deposit being lost and another deposit will be required for a new booking.
NO-SHOWS
Failure to attend your appointment will result in a charge of 100% of your total appointment cost.
DEPOSITS
A deposit of £10 is required with every booking in order to secure your appointment, this will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable unless I am at fault.
REFUNDS
I do not offer refunds under any circumstances, compensation could be provided if you raise awareness to the issue within 24 hours after your appointment.
LATENESS
Whole I understand that sometimes lateness can occur, if you are anymore than 15 minutes late to your appointment it may result in me having to reschedule your appointment. If you know you may be late please let me know with as much notice as possible so that I can assess the situation.
