1. Appointments & Booking A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Please arrive on time. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late may need to reschedule and may lose their deposit. No children or extra guests are permitted in the treatment area unless prior approval has been given by Lifted by Rawan, or if you are booked for the Bestie Bundle service. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling At least 24–48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit and may incur a fee. Repeated no-shows may lead to refusal of future bookings. 3. Client Responsibilities Please arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and lashes. Contact lenses must be removed before treatment. You must disclose any allergies, eye conditions, or sensitivities before your appointment. 4. Results & Aftercare Results vary depending on natural lashes and proper aftercare. Clients must follow the aftercare instructions provided to maintain results. Lifted by Rawan is not responsible for results affected by poor aftercare, natural lash growth cycles, or failure to follow instructions. 5. Refunds & Complaints Refunds are not offered for completed treatments. If you experience any issues, please contact us within 48 hours so we can discuss a solution (e.g., complimentary touch-up if appropriate). 6. Health & Safety Lifted by Rawan reserves the right to refuse service if a client presents with an eye infection, irritation, or condition that may risk their health or safety. All tools and equipment are sanitized according to professional hygiene standards. 7. Liability By booking a treatment, the client understands and accepts that results vary. Lifted by Rawan is not liable for adverse reactions if the client has failed to disclose medical conditions, allergies, or has not followed aftercare. 8.
