FIRST APPOINTMENT - New clients are required to pay a deposit of 100% of the treatment price to secure their booking. Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule and provide at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit can be transferred to one new appointment. Cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will result in the deposit being forfeited

If you cancel/reschedule/no show with less than 2 days notice you will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.

The card used to confirm the booking will be charged. No further bookings can go ahead until the fee is paid.

I’m am very understanding if something does come up last minute, however I do still need to protect my buisness against any last minute cancellation. Thank you for your understanding

I do not infill or remove other nail techs work because I do not know what products were used, how the natural nail was prepped or if there is any hidden damage underneath. please keep this in mind when booking, if you turn up with other nail techs work still on, you will be turned away and charged a fee.
