Terms and Conditions The following terms and conditions apply to all clients. Deposits We may ask for a deposit at the time of booking an appointment to secure your booking. Punctuality and Late arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, your treatment may be cut short, but you will still be charged the full price. If it is not possible to cut the treatment short you will be asked to rearrange your appointment and you will lose your deposit or be required to pay for the full cost of the treatment. If you are consistently late, then we may ask for payment in full upfront. No shows If you do not show up to your appointment, you will lose your deposit. Full payment may be required upon next booking. Please note, all no shows will be recorded. Cancellations If you need to cancel your appointment, this must be done at least 24 hours before your appointment. Less than 24 hours notice will be classed as a late cancellation and the deposit will be lost. Refunds can take up to 5 working days to reach your account. Rearranging appointments If you wish to rearrange your appointment, this must be done at least 24 hours before the appointment time to ensure you retain your deposit. If rearrangement is necessary, please provide as much time as possible to minimise the disruption. An appointment can only be rearranged 3 times and after that the deposit will be lost Right to refuse service We have the right to refuse service if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, if you behave in a rude or aggressive manner, if you are unable to have treatment due to health reasons, if you have previously left without paying or if you attempting to receive unprofessional services. Price Alteration We reserve the right to alter prices without prior notice. Smoking Please note that it is illegal to smoke anywhere in the Salon. Medical Conditions Please inform your therapist of any medical condition including pregnancy prior to booking as some treatments may not be appropriate for you. Mobile Phones In the interest of comfort of all our clients, please refrain from talking on a mobile phone and ensure it is switched off, or on silent, for the full duration of your time at the salon. Personal Items Please ensure you retrieve all your personal items before leaving the premises as we cannot be held responsible for lost items.
