Please arrive at your appointment on time, with clean lashes and no makeup.
Please remember, an infill is classed as 2-3 weeks after your original set. Please ensure you book within this time frame for an infill.
Anything after 3 weeks or with less than 50% of the lashes remaining will be a new set.
If you arrive for an infill with less than 50% of lashes, you may have to rebook for a full set.
A deposit is required for all appointments. Without a deposit your appointment is not confirmed and your time slot may be given to somebody else. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE and can only be transferred up to 48 hours before the appointment.
Refunds cannot be given, however I will put right any treatment that isn't to your satisfaction, if you have an issue or are unhappy with your treatment this should be addressed before leaving the salon or 48 hours after. Please bring any issues to the attention of your technician.
Please do not bring any guests with you along to your appointment.
Unfortunately children under the age of 16 will not be able to come along to your appointment
Unfortunately lateness will not be tolerated. If you are any more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will loose your deposit and have to re book.
No shows are charged 100% of their booking fee.
