You must provide a valid phone number so I can send a request for the deposit. If this is not filled in, your appointment will be cancelled. A £10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Deposits are deducted from your final balance. Deposits may be transferred if you reschedule within the required notice period. Once you book, your appointment slot will be reserved for 24–48 hours. If the deposit is not received within this timeframe, the slot will be released. Deposits protect both my time and your commitment to the appointment
Cancelling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a lost deposit. You may reschedule up to two times with 48 hours’ notice. After that, a £10–£15 fee will apply. If you consistently reschedule at the 48-hour mark, you may still be charged a £10 fee, as this prevents me from filling your slot. No-shows (failing to attend without notice) will result in the loss of your deposit and an additional £15 rebooking fee.
• Running early or late? Please message me directly, do not knock on other doors, as this is a private space. • Lost or unsure where to go? Call or text 📞 07471 915138 so I can guide you. • Grace period: You have a 10-minute grace window. After this, your appointment may be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited. • Arrive with clean lashes, no mascara, strip lash glue, or heavy makeup. This ensures we can start on time and gives you the best retention.
Adjustments can only be made during your appointment before you leave. Please check your lashes in the mirror before heading home. No refunds will be issued once you leave the salon. Clients who follow my aftercare have no issues with retention. If you fail to follow aftercare advice, any loss will not be considered a fault of my work. For the best results, you can invest in a Lily’s Luxè Aftercare Kit, which includes everything you need to keep your lashes healthy, full, and long-lasting.
Lily’s Luxè will not tolerate bullying, harassment, or disrespect towards me or my time. Anyone who breaches this may be refused future services. If you fail to pay your deposit upon booking, please don’t be offended when your slot is given to another client. Remaining balances must be paid in full at your appointment (cash or transfer). Failure to pay may result in refusal of future bookings.
Infills are recommended every 2–3 weeks to maintain fullness. Please book your infills in advance to secure your preferred appointment. For your safety, please remove contact lenses before arriving. Clients wearing contact lenses will be refused service. I cannot carry out treatments if you have an eye infection, cold sores, or recent eye surgery.
