Aftercare: Like any piece of fine jewellery, regular cleaning is necessary to maintain the shine and prevent tarnishing. Simply cleaning off residue from perfumes, cosmetics and chlorine using the aftercare cleaner provided will do the trick. Every now and then your piece will need a deep clean, for which you can use diluted washing up liquid and a soft toothbrush. Don’t forget, the jewellery is permanent but not indestructible, take care not to snag or pull on your piece.Section contentSection content

How it works Appointment time approx 30 minutes. Choose from a range of chain styles in 925 sterling silver, gold filled or solid gold. Your chosen chain will be custom sized to the perfect fit as a bracelet, anklet or necklace. Add charms or pendants to your piece for personalisation. The chain ends are then welded together to create a permanent seal, that replaces the need for a clasp.
