Permanent jewellery is custom fitted and welded onto the client. By proceeding with this service, the client acknowledges and agrees that:

Permanent jewellery may need to be cut or removed in the future due to growth, medical procedures, or personal circumstances.

Natural body changes may affect the fit over time.

Link Lab is not responsible for stretching, breakage, or removal 21 days after the service is completed.

Permanent jewellery is worn at the client's own discretion and responsibility.

Link Lab is not liable for injury, discomfort, allergic reactions, or damage caused by improper use, installation, or removal.

By booking or receiving this service, the client confirms they understand and accept these terms.

CLEANING & REWELD DISCLAIMER

Permanent jewellery is worn daily and may show some signs of natural wear over time.

Cleaning and rewelding are performed with care; however due to the delicate nature of fine chains and individual wear patterns, we cannot be held responsible for pre-existing damage, stretching, thinning or stone loss.

By proceeding with this service, clients acknowledge the condition of their jewellery prior to cleaning or rewelding.

UNDER 18 PERMANENT JEWELLERY DISCLAIMER

Permanent jewellery for clients under the age of 18 is provided only with the permission and presence of a parent or legal guardian.

Please note:

Children and teenagers are still growing, and wrist or ankle size may change over time.

Growth may cause permanent jewellery to become tight, uncomfortable, or require removal in the future.

Permanent jewellery may need to be cut off due to growth, medical procedures, or lifestyle changes.

By proceeding, the parent or legal guardian confirms they:

Understand the nature of permanent jewellery.

Acknowledge the risks associated with growth.

Accept full responsibility for the decision on behalf of the minor.
