By booking or attending an appointment at Liora Skin & Body, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully.
1. Appointments
Booking: All services require advance booking, which can be made online, by phone, or in person. A 20% booking fee is required to secure your appointment and will be deducted from the total cost of your service.
Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Arrivals over 10 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment or rescheduling. Full service cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals.
Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price. Repeat no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.
2. Payments & Refunds
Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of your service. We accept cash, debit, and credit cards.
Booking Fee: The 20% booking fee is non-refundable unless the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Refunds: Refunds are not offered for completed services. If you are dissatisfied with a treatment, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will endeavour to resolve the issue promptly.

3. Health & Safety
Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, and skin sensitivities before treatment. We may refuse or modify a treatment if we believe it may be unsafe or unsuitable.
By booking a service, you confirm that all information provided is true and complete. Liora Skin & Body is not liable for adverse reactions caused by undisclosed conditions, allergies, medications, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.
4. Personal Belongings
Liora Skin & Body is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Please ensure valuables are securely stored during your visit.
