By booking or attending an appointment at Liora Skin & Body, you agree to the following terms. Please read carefully.

1. Appointments

Booking: All services require advance booking, which can be made online, by phone, or in person.

Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time. Arrivals over 10 minutes late may result in a shortened treatment or rescheduling. Full service cannot be guaranteed for late arrivals.

Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or missed appointments will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price. Repeat no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.

2. Payments & Refunds

Payment: Full payment is due upon completion of your service. We accept cash, debit, and credit cards.

Refunds: Refunds are not offered for completed services. If you are dissatisfied with a treatment, please contact us within 48 hours, and we will endeavour to resolve the issue promptly.

Results Disclaimer: Results vary depending on individual skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. Liora Skin & Body does not guarantee specific outcomes.

3. Health & Safety

Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, and skin sensitivities before treatment. We may refuse or modify a treatment if we believe it may be unsafe or unsuitable.

By booking a service, you confirm that all information provided is true and complete. Liora Skin & Body is not liable for adverse reactions caused by undisclosed conditions, allergies, medications, or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

4. Personal Belongings

Liora Skin & Body is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings. Please ensure valuables are securely stored during your visit.

5. Children & Pets

For the safety and comfort of all clients, children and pets are not permitted in the studio.

6. Gift Cards & Vouchers

• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• They must be presented at the time of the appointment and used within 12 months of issue.
• Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

7. Service Adjustments

If you are unhappy with a treatment, please inform us before leaving the studio. We will do our best to address your concerns immediately.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

We take your privacy seriously. Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with UK GDPR and used solely for:

• Appointment scheduling
• Communication related to services

9. Liability

While all treatments are performed with professional care, all beauty and skin services carry inherent risks. Liora Skin & Body is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from:

• Undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, or medications
• Non-compliance with aftercare instructions
• Natural variation in treatment outcomes

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to clients, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
