All clients will be asked to enter their card details when booking to confirm the appointment. No money will be taken at the time of booking and you can still pay by card or cash at your appointment. If you want to cancel or rearrange your appointment, at least 24 hours notice must be given so I can try to fill the appointment space. If your appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, I will require 50% of the treatment price to be paid. If you fail to attend your appointment on the day, it will be classed as a ‘‘no-show’’ and I will require 100% of the appointment price to be paid. I understand things can come up unexpectedly or people can become ill. Please give as much notice as possible when cancelling / rearranging your appointment.
Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are running late please let me know as soon as you can! If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may have to refuse service or may not be able to do the full treatment(s) booked - if it will impact my other appointments. If this happens, 100% of the treatment price will need to be paid as it will be classed as a “no show”. Please arrive to your make up, brow, lash or facial waxing appointments with a clean, make up free face if possible. All payments must be paid before leaving the salon whether this is cash, card or bank transfer. All consultation forms must be filled in and signed via Solo when booking to confirm the appointment. This is to ensure all details are up to date and medical history, allergies & reactions are all kept updated. These forms will be emailed to you once your appointment has been booked.
