All appointments must be booked in advance. Bookings can be made via direct message, phone, or in person. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Cash payments are accepted for all services. Full payment is required at the end of your appointment.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will not incur any additional charges. Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit and no refund will be issued. No-shows or failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of your deposit and may affect future bookings. No refunds will be given for cancellations made outside of the 48-hour window.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
Requests to reschedule must be made at least 48 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Changes requested within 48 hours of your appointment may be treated as a cancellation.
Please inform in advance of any allergies, medical conditions, or infections that may affect your treatment. If you are unwell, please reschedule your appointment to ensure the safety of both clients and staff.
Service may be refused to anyone displaying inappropriate behavior or under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
