You can cancel or reschedule your appointment for free 24 hours before your appointment is due. If something comes up due to illness or other commitments please let me know as soon as possible and I will try help cancel or reschedule your appointment without you being charged.
If I haven't received notification before appointment or it's after 24 hours the booking system will charge you 50% of the booking fee.
