Please give 48 hours notice when cancelling and rescheduling your appointment. If fail to give 24 hours notice you will be charged your full appointment price. ( This also applys for no showing to your appointment)
If no show fee/ cancellation fee/ late rescheduling fee isn’t paid no further appointments will be booked until fee has been paid. ( Your card will automatically be charged with your appointment price fee )
Rescheduling, I completely understand things come up and appointments need to be changed.
Rescheduling more than 3 times will result in no longer being able to book your appointment without full treatment payment upfront.
