I will be in contact 24 hours before your appointment to confirm & send across my full address. Please ensure you give a contact number.

Deposits ~ Deposits may be required to secure your appointment. They must be paid within 48 hours of booking. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations & No Shows ~ 36 hours notice is required when cancelling an appointment. If insufficient notice is given, this will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost. If you don’t show up to your appointment with no given notice, this will result in a no show fee. This is 100% of the appointment cost. These fees will automatically be charged to your registered card under your name on the booking system. If payment cannot be automatically taken, you will not be booked in again until fees are paid. Lateness ~ If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to take you or will have to offer an alternative treatment/design to fit the remaining time frame. Guests ~ Please come alone to appointments where possible. Children are NOT permitted unless booked in for a treatment. Upon booking you are agreeing to these policies.
