Deposits • Deposits may be required to secure your appointment. They must be paid within 48 hours of booking. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations & No Shows • 36 hours notice is required when cancelling an appointment. If insufficient notice is given, this will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost. If you don’t show up to your appointment with no given notice, this will result in a no show fee. This is 100% of the appointment cost. These fees will automatically be charged to your registered card under your name on the booking system. If payment cannot be automatically taken, you will not be booked in again until fees are paid. Lateness • If you are more than 15 minutes late, I may not be able to take you or will have to offer an alternative treatment/design to fit the remaining time frame. Guests • Please come alone to appointments where possible. Children are NOT permitted unless booked in for a treatment.

We want you to enjoy your experience with us! To ensure a smooth booking process, please note the following terms for all gift vouchers:
• Validity Period: All vouchers are valid until the date of issue unless otherwise stated. The expiry date is final.
• Advance Booking Recommended: Our schedule fills up quickly. I strongly recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
• Late Booking Disclaimer: Appointments are subject to availability. I cannot guarantee an appointment for vouchers presented within the final 30 days of their validity.
• Cancellation & No-Shows: Our standard 36-hour cancellation policy applies. If a voucher appointment is cancelled with less than 36 hours' notice or is a "no-show," the voucher will be considered redeemed and void.
• Non-Transferable: Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase other gift cards.
