Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions:

•  Deposits & New Clients: A non-refundable 50% deposit is required upon booking for all new clients to secure your appointment slot. The remaining balance is due at the completion of your service.
•  Lateness Policy: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, we reserve the right to either shorten your service, offer an alternative treatment within the remaining time, or reschedule your appointment entirely. In the event we cannot fulfill your service due to late arrival, late cancellation fees will apply.
•  Cancellations & Rescheduling: We require at least 36 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
•  Cancellations or changes made less than 36 hours before your scheduled start time will incur a 50% fee of the total service cost.
•  No-Shows (failing to show up without prior notice) will be charged 100% of the total service cost.
•  Payment & Outstanding Balances: Payment for all completed treatments is due in full at the end of your appointment unless a temporary grace period has been explicitly agreed upon in writing. If an account balance remains unpaid past an agreed deadline, or if a fee applies due to a late cancellation or no-show, you authorise us to charge the saved card details held on your booking profile for the full outstanding amount. Continued non-payment may result in profile suspension and debt recovery action.
•  Child Safety & Salon Policy: For health, safety, and insurance reasons, as well as to ensure a relaxing environment for all clients, children are strictly not permitted to accompany clients to appointments.
