Avoid for 24-48 hours Hot baths, saunas, sunbeds or work outs tight clothing on waxed areas Touching or scratching Swimming (chorine/saltwater) Scented lotions, deodorants or perfumes Do Apply aloe vera or cool compress to sooth skin Moisturise daily with gentle fragrance-free lotion Start exfoliating after 2-3 days (2-3 times per week) to prevent ingrown hairs Book your next waxing appointment every4-6 weeks for best results and avoid shaving in-between appointments.
Apply cuticle oil daily to keep nails and skin hydrated. Wear gloves when cleaning, gardening, or using harsh chemicals. Moisturise regularly to maintain healthy hands and nails. Avoid Picking, peeling or biting the gel or BIAB as this will damage your natural nails. Using nails as tools (opening cans pr scratching surfaces). Long exposure to hot water (cleaning dishes without gloves or long hot baths) I recommend booking your next appointment 2 - 4 weeks regularly to maintain healthy nails or returning to get the gel/BIAB removed safely.
Drink plenty of water use a gentle cleanser and moisturiser am and pm Apply SPF daily to protect your skin from the environment keep make up to a minimum or avoid for the next 24 hours. Avoid in the next 24 hours Touching or picking your face Exfoliating Sunbeds, Saunas, Steam rooms or hot showers Wearing heavy make up To maintain a healthy glowing skin following home care instructions given at your treatment and book for a follow up facial 4 - 6 weeks to maintain the best long-term results.
