1. Appointments & Cancellations • A deposit of [X]% is required to secure all appointments. This will be deducted from the final service cost. • Please arrive on time. If you are more than [10-15] minutes late, your appointment may be canceled or shortened, and your deposit may be forfeited. • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least [24-48 hours] in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of the deposit. 2. Refund Policy • All services are non-refundable. • If you are unhappy with your service, please notify us within 48 hours. We will assess the issue and may offer a free touch-up at our discretion. • Refunds will not be given for allergic reactions. A patch test is available upon request prior to your full set appointment. 3. Patch Test & Allergies • Patch tests are optional but recommended for new clients, especially those with sensitive eyes or a history of allergies. • If you decline a patch test, you do so at your own risk, and the salon is not liable for any allergic reactions. 4. Aftercare • Proper aftercare is essential to the longevity of your lashes. Clients are provided with aftercare instructions and are responsible for following them. • We are not responsible for retention issues due to improper aftercare, lifestyle factors (e.g., excessive sweating, use of oil-based products), or failure to follow provided guidelines. 5. Infills • Infills must be scheduled within [2-3] weeks of your previous appointment. • If less than 40% of your lash extensions remain, you will be charged for a full set. • We do not offer infills on work done by other technicians unless previously approved. 6. Health & Safety • Clients must disclose any eye conditions, infections, allergies, or sensitivities prior to their appointment. • We reserve the right to refuse service if a client presents with any condition that may compromise health and safety. 7. Liability • By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you are aware of the risks involved with eyelash extensions and will not hold the technician or salon liable for any adverse reactions, damage, or loss. 8. Children & Guests • For safety and insurance reasons, children or additional guests are not allowed in the treatment area during your appointment. 9. Photography & Social Media • We may take photos of your lashes for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to have your photo taken, please inform us before your appointment.
