Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time will be charged 50% of the service fee. Cancellations made 24 hours or more in advance will not incur a charge.
A no-show is defined as failing to arrive for your appointment without prior notice.
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee. This includes arriving so late that the service cannot be completed as scheduled.
Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.
