1. Appointments & Booking A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking. This deposit will be deducted from your final payment. Full payment is required at the time of service. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made after this time will result in the loss of your deposit. Rescheduling is allowed once per booking, provided at least 24 hours' notice is given. 4. Allergies & Medical Conditions It is the client’s responsibility to inform me of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions (e.g., latex, acrylic, or gel allergies) before booking. I am not responsible for any allergic reactions or adverse effects caused by the service. A patch test can be arranged upon request at least 24 hours before your appointment if you are concerned. 5. Hygiene & Safety All tools and equipment are sanitized before and after each client. Clients must have clean hands/feet before the service. I reserve the right to refuse service if there are signs of infections, open wounds, or other health concerns. 6. No-Shows No-shows will result in a full charge for the missed appointment. 7. Refunds & Complaints No refunds are given for completed services. However, if you experience any issues within 7 days, I will offer a complimentary fix.
