I had my first appointment with Lisa today and she was absolutely wonderful. From the moment I arrived she made me feel so welcome and instantly put me at ease with her kind and caring nature. The whole experience felt calm and relaxing, with soft music playing in the background and such a lovely atmosphere. Lisa is incredibly professional and pays close attention to every little detail, making sure everything is just right. As a transgender, feeling comfortable and accepted means the world to me, and Lisa made me feel completely at home throughout my treatment. I left feeling so looked after, refreshed, and confident, I’ll definitely be booking again and will be recommending Lisa to all my friends and family!
