Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide a minimum of 48 hours notice. Less than 48 hours notice given: The amount paid is surrendered, and any remaining balance for the total value of the booking will need to be paid. A new appointment will need to be requested if wishing to rebook. More than 48 hours notice given: The appointment can be rescheduled and the paid amount moved to another date, or refunded to you in full.
Should you change your mind about nail art, removal, or any other booked treatment(s), please provide a minimum of 72 hours notice for this to be removed from your booking. If notice is given less than 72 hours before the appointment, you will still be required to pay for the booked treatment(s).
If you are unwell: Please reschedule or cancel your appointment with at least 48 hours notice per the Cancellation Policy. If you are in recovery: Please let me know with at least 48 hours notice; if it is decided the appointment can still go ahead, please wear a mask when you attend. If I am unwell but still able to work: I will let you know and give you the option of rescheduling, or continuing with masks worn (a mask will be provided for you). If I am unwell and unable to work: I will let you know as soon as possible and liaise with you to find an alternative appointment that is convenient for you, or refund your deposit if an alternative cannot be found.
If it is safe to do so, please let me know as soon as possible that you are running late and your estimated time of arrival. Depending on how late you are to the appointment, I may not be able to complete the booked treatment(s) within the remaining time. If this is the case, you accept that works may be incomplete, and you will still be required to pay the full amount.
