Appointments are not secured or guaranteed until the required deposit has been received.
For first-time appointments, the deposit must be paid within 24 hours of booking. If payment is not received within this time, the appointment will be released.
For regular ongoing appointments, deposits must be paid no later than 1 week before the appointment date, unless an alternative arrangement has been personally agreed in advance.
Any requested consultation form(s) must be completed in full prior to the appointment.
By paying a deposit and proceeding with a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all policies and Terms & Conditions.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide a minimum of 48 working hours notice. Working hours are defined as Monday to Thursday. Excludes weekends and bank holidays.
Less than 48 working hours notice given: The amount paid is surrendered, and any remaining balance for the total value of the booking will need to be paid within 24 hours. A new appointment will need to be requested if wishing to rebook.
More than 48 working hours notice given: The appointment can be rescheduled and the deposit moved to another date, or refunded to you in full. Deposits are transferable once, then become non-refundable.
Changes to any booked treatment, including the removal of nail art or add-ons, must be requested a minimum of 72 hours before your appointment.
Any requests made less than 72 hours before the appointment will not be accepted and the original services booked will still be charged in full.
If you are unwell or experiencing any cold, cough, flu, or other contagious symptoms: Your appointment must be rescheduled in line with the Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy.
If you are recovering from illness: You must inform me a minimum of 48 working hours before your appointment. If the appointment is still able to go ahead, a mask must be worn for the duration of your visit.
If I am unwell but still able to work: I will inform you prior to your appointment and you will have the option to reschedule or attend with masks worn. A mask will be provided.
If I am unwell and unable to work: I will notify you as soon as possible. Your appointment will be rescheduled or your deposit refunded if an alternative cannot be found.
Please notify me as soon as possible if you are running late, along with your ETA.
Appointment times are fixed and cannot be extended to accommodate late arrivals. If you arrive late, I may be unable to complete all booked treatment(s) within the remaining time, and the full amount will still be payable.
